We’re looking forward to having our entire church body together to celebrate God’s faithfulness for the past 50 years! To get the church excited for this year’s retreat, we’ll be having raffles for those who register early! 我們期待整個教會大家庭齊聚一堂，一同慶祝上帝過去50年的信實！為了讓大家對今年的退修會更期待，我們將為提前註冊的人舉辦抽獎活動！

Each week you're registered, you'll automatically earn one raffle ticket for upcoming prize drawings. The earlier you register, the more chances you’ll have to win! 當您完成報名，每過一週，就會自動獲得一張抽獎券，用於即將舉行的獎品抽獎。越早報名，中獎機會就越多！

For example, if you register in Week 1 and there's a prize drawing in Week 3, you'll have 3 tickets in that drawing. If there's a drawing in Week 10, you'll have 10 tickets! 舉例來說，如果您在第 1 週完成報名，而第 3 週有一次抽獎，您將會有 3 張纍積的抽獎券參加該次抽獎；若第 10 週也有抽獎活動，您將會有 10 張纍積的抽獎券參加那次抽獎。

1. Who can attend the retreat? 誰可以參加退修會？
   The retreat is open to all HCC members, attendees, and their families. 退修會開放給所有 HCC 會友、聚會者與其家人參加。

    

2. Where is Trinity Pines Conference Center located? Trinity Pines 退修會營地在哪裡？Trinity Pines is located north of Houston, about a 2 hour drive from HCC. 退修會場地位於休士頓以北，距離教會約兩小時車程。

    

3. What are the dates of the retreat? 退修會的日期是什麼時候？
   October 17–19, 2025 (Friday to Sunday). 2025 年 10 月17日至 19日（星期五至星期日）。

    

4. When does sign-up begin? 什麼時候開始報名？
   Sign-ups will begin on July 27th! Registration closes September 30th. 報名將於 7月27日開始！報名截止日期為9月30日。

    

5. What is the cost per person or family? 每人或每個家庭的費用是多少？
   There are various pricing options depending on your situation, such as day trips, off-site lodging, dorms, motels, etc. Please open the registration link to view the pricing options./根據您的情況，我們提供多種價格選項，例如一日遊、外住宿、宿舍、汽車旅館等。請點擊報名連結以查看所有價格選項。

    

6. What is the theme or focus of the retreat? 今年退修會的主題或重點是什麼？
   The theme for this year’s retreat is “One Church, One Future” . We'll have both Chinese and English speakers at this year’s retreat! 今年退修會的主題是「同一個教會, 同一個未來 」。今年的退修會將有中文講員和英文講員。

    

7. Will childcare be provided? 會提供兒童看護嗎？
   Yes! We’re planning age-appropriate care and programs for young children and toddlers during main sessions. 我們計劃在主要的聚會活動為兒童和幼兒提供適齡的照顧和活動。

    

8. What should I bring? 我需要帶些什麼？
   A packing list will be shared closer to the retreat. Think casual clothes, Bible, toiletries, and a heart ready to connect! 具體的攜帶清單將在退修會前提供。請準備便服、聖經、洗漱用品，以及願意與人相連的心！

    

9. Can I attend part of the retreat if I can’t stay the whole weekend? 如果不能全程參加，可以只參加部分聚會嗎？Yes — we’ll offer partial attendance options (and pricing) for those who can only join for part of the time. 可以— 我們會提供部分時間參加的選項（及相​​對應費用）給只能參加部分活動的弟兄姊妹。

    

10. Can we request to stay with other families or groups? 我們可以申請和其他家庭或團體住在一起嗎？
    Yes, there’s a space on the registration form to request sharing a building or room. We’ll try our best, but requests aren’t guaranteed due to space limits. 可以，報名表上有欄位可填寫希望與他人同住同一棟建築或房間。我們會盡力安排，但由於空間有限，無法保證能符合所有需求。

     

11. What is the housing arrangement for the retreat? 退修會的住宿安排是什麼？
    Motel/Lodges/Cottages will be prioritized for families with children and seniors. Couples and singles may request motels/lodges, but may be asked to shift to gender-specific dorms if space runs out. 汽車旅館／小屋／別墅將優先安排給有孩童的家庭與年長者。夫妻與單身者可以申請入住汽車旅館或小屋，但若住宿空間不足，可能需調整至按性別分配的宿舍。

    “We are on the shores of Lake Livingston with several recreation activities closer, but no lodging or meeting spaces nearer than 700 ft from the lake. In other significant rain events, such as Hurricane Harvey, we only experienced a couple of feet of water in a boat storage building. 
    
    Lake Livingston is the third-largest dam in the state of Texas and covers 83,000 surface acres. The pool is considered full at 131 feet above sea level and has averaged that height over the past three months. With the elevation of Trinity being 233 feet above sea level, a flood event is unlikely.”
