He served at the church in different roles for 42 years, from 1977 - 2019. He also is a member of The Gospel Coalition Council. Prior to going into ministry, he worked as a Senior Health Planner for the Mass. Dept. of Public Health. He has a MABS and Th.M from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is married to Nancy and they have two adult children. He is in the process of writing a book on parenting.
