HCC community groups are designed for discipleship, where fellowship is important, but spiritual growth is primary. The vision of community groups is to foster gospel community across various life stages. We envision groups to be a place where newcomers are welcomed, seekers encounter Christ, members mature in their faith, and leaders are raised up.

We believe an intentional mix of singles, couples, and families (including kids) all in the same group will encourage discipleship between older and younger believers that will help the group grow in four spiritual directions: (1) upward (knowing Jesus), (2) inward (knowing one another), (3) outward (reaching non-believers), and (4) forward (multiplying out).
