About Us
Leaders: Stephen has been in Houston since he was 5, Esther was born and raised in Houston. Both grew up in the good ole suburbs (shoutout Sugarland!). Stephen started attending HCC in 2022, and Esther started attending HCC since she was a baby. Stephen is a finance bro, Esther is the opposite of whatever a finance bro is.
CG Meeting Location and Time: We meet weekly on Friday nights at 7pm mostly in the city of Bellaire.
CG Introduction
One-Sentence Summary: We hope to Strengthen and Nurture Disciples Everywhere (this is what the acronym "SandE" stands for). And ultimately, we hope to grow upward in Christ-likeness, inward in community, outward in loving those outside our church community, and forward to continue multiplying our group as He uses our group for His glory.
Demographics: We’re a community of young adults (some super young at heart!) that love the Lord. We also love loitering, lingering, and laughing.
What Do You Enjoy Together? We are a newly multiplied group (est. August 2026) so we are smaller in number but strong at heart. We enjoy sports, board games, good food, and chatting late into the night. More hobbies and interests can be added here as the dust settles with our new members and new dynamics (which could include you too!)
