Trunk n' Treat Set Up

The Trunk n' Treat location will be blocked off on Friday evening  (10/24). 

Small groups, community groups and fellowships should plan on setting up from 1pm- 2:45pm. Mr. Frank will contact your group with specific site for your vehicle to park. Park your vehicle and decorate as needed. Most game props will be in Mattress Firm building (east entrance). Make sure to check in with Mr. Frank to pick them up. Two metal folding chairs will be provided at your vehicle site.

If you need tables or additional equipment, check with Mr. Frank. We will plan to borrow equipment from the trailer classrooms.

At the end of the event, move chairs, tables and other equipment back to Trailer 5.

There are additional game activities that have not been claimed by any small group or fellowships. If we have changes, the list will be updated as needed.

Trunk n' Treat event for our neighboring community

Trunk n' Treat & Bike Clinic

  • 3 to 6 pm  October 25, 2025 at HCC parking lot (off of Bellfort Ave.)
  • Decorated vehicle Trunks in the church parking lot with games and activities at each Trunk. 
  • Prizes and fun for the whole family.
  • Costumes welcome but not required. 
  • Suggested admission per family: Bring a bag of unopened candy or $5  donation. Candy will be redistributed back to children as they leave. ADMISSION DONATION NOT REQUIRED.
  • Pick up an Activity Fun Punch card at registration. Visit different trunks. Complete ten punches.
  • Return punch card to registration table when leaving to receive their bag of candy.
  • Get to know HCC and our church family.
