Let's plan on a 15-minute time of prayer at 2pm in the Chapel for all volunteers involved with Trunk n' Treat. We will use the suggested 10 prayers found here to help us pray for God's intervention in this event.
Volunteer Tshirts will be available to pick up from former Mattress Firm building (East entrance). At the end of the event, return all Tshirts to the laundry bins. The shirts will be reusable for future HCC events.
On the day of Trunk n' Treat, volunteers can pick up their game supplies, and trunk decorating kits and prizes, if applicable, starting at 12pm.
Registration volunteers should report to the registration area (outside church east exit doors near Youth Center).
Food volunteers should set up in the Chapel.
Security/Welcome volunteers should pick up two-way radios and wait for Mr. Frank to assign your location.
Trunk volunteers should check with their fellowships or small groups concerning their specific shift schedule. But a general schedule will be as follows:
- Pick up of supplies from 12-2:30pm;
- Set up of Trunk n' Treat games from 12-2:30pm;
- Prayer with volunteers 2-2:15pm
- Trunk n' Treat activities 3-6 pm
- Food Court open from 3:30-6:30pm
- Takedown from 6-7pm
