Conflict creates distance between individuals. If you’ve ever been in one, then you’d know what I mean. It creates not a literal distance, but a relational distance. Relational distance manifests itself through silent treatment, terse reply, and awkwardness. Likewise, sin creates relational distance between us and God. How do we close this distance?
