The events of chapter 32 are surprising. The people of God had recently witnessed his hand and heard his voice. Moses had gone to receive instructions for a tabernacle in which God would dwell among them. Things look promising, and yet suddenly they're bowing to a golden calf. First Corinthians 10 says this episode took place to serve as an example of what not to desire and what not to do. So what sessions can we learn?
