There is no culturally neutral way of doing church. Once we choose a song to sing or a language to preach in, we've made it easier for some and harder for others to worship and live out their faith with us. But the guiding principles in today's passage compel us to at least try to try to address cultural barriers that unintentionally offend or alienate others.
