Once again, the people of God are staring in the face of death. This is not the first time and it won't be the last. What we can see from the story of Esther is the providential care of God, not only in the face of death, but also in our everyday lives. Like every other story in our series, the hero in this story, Esther, points us to the greater hero and who God sent to save us from the death that is coming for us.
